Can you make My wardrobes smaller?
Well this is a question that I have never been asked before. Almost all of the people we see are unhappy with their wardrobe wishing it was bigger. This job was different, Having a 3000mm wide wardrobe in the kids bedroom is really more than they need and keeping the wardrobe the same size really didn’t make a lot of sense, we reduced the wardrobe down to 1500mm in width but with the use of double hanging we were able to give back almost the same amount of hanging space and the addition of the adjustable shelf unit it gives more storage than your average kids bedroom would ever need, the extra space that was freed up will be used to add a study area for the kids once they get to School age.
A desk with under bench drawers with over head cabinets above the desk will give them a great place to do their homework.
The new wardrobes lift the bedrooms making the rooms look and feel bigger and brighter, changing the doors to sliding frees up space in the room and the white glass and mirrored sliding doors make the room more modern.
Once the rooms are painted the new wardrobes will completely merge with the rest of the room and you wouldn’t know the old wardrobe was ever there.
